visa process

Whether this is your first time getting a work visa, or you have to renew for your next job, getting the right documents and information can be a burden. We take time to learn about local immigration office requirements to help streamline this process for you. We’ll briefly outline the main steps below and for more information, you can click the ‘Learn more’ of each step. If you have any other questions, feel free to contact us.

Step 1

Send your visa documents to the employer

We will give you the list of documents you need to prepare to get a proper work visa. Then you should prepare all the documents by a certain date considering your work start date. Once the employer receives your documents, they will submit them with their documents to a local immigration office in Korea.
